Privacy notice
This site is a set of static files. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party scripts and makes no external requests. What follows is the detail, and the part about phone calls, which is the only place personal information actually arrives.
Who we are
Cold Line Refrigeration Service is an independent refrigeration service company operating in Jacksonville, FL. Contact details are on the contact page.
What this website collects
Nothing. There is no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, no login, no shopping cart and no comment system. No cookies are set. No analytics or tag manager is loaded. Fonts are served from this site's own domain rather than a font network, and the Content-Security-Policy served with every page blocks external requests outright.
One small script is served from this domain to open and close the navigation menu on narrow screens. It stores nothing and sends nothing anywhere.
Server logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare records ordinary request data — IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent — for delivery, security and abuse prevention. We do not have a mechanism to link that data to a named individual and we do not attempt to. Cloudflare's own handling of it is governed by their terms.
Information you give us by phone
When you book a service call we take what is needed to do the job: your name, the service address, a contact number, and the model and serial number of the appliance. We use it to schedule the visit, order parts, produce the estimate and honour the warranty on the work.
We keep service records for as long as our own warranty periods and ordinary business and tax obligations require, and then we dispose of them. We do not sell, rent or trade customer information, and we do not use it for marketing to you.
We share it only where the job requires it: with a parts supplier when a part is ordered against your model and serial, and with the manufacturer when a sealed-system part is being claimed under their limited coverage on your behalf. Nothing beyond what that specific transaction needs.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Call the number on the contact page.
Children
This is a service business for homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this notice changes, the revised version replaces this page and the review date below is updated. There is no version history to consult.
